The Doctoral School of Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (WUEB) is pleased to invite join the
discussion in a series of International Doctoral Seminars which will be held online.
- Objectives:
- presentation of doctoral students’ research;
- creating an international forum for discussion between doctoral students and established academics;
- exchange of research experience.
Presentations and discussion: - a discussant is assigned to each presentation in order to increase the value for presenters, encourage
greater interaction among participants, and introduce young researchers to the role of reviewers.
Basic features: - disciplines: economics and finance, management, and related topics;
- up to 3 presentations by doctoral students;
- held online via MS Teams;
- 15 minutes for presentation + 10 minutes for discussion;
- language of the meeting: English;
- each presenter will be provided with a certificate of attendance.
Important dates: - February, 12th 2026 – deadline for submitting proposals of presentation topics using the link below;
- February, 12th 2026 – deadline for indicating the readiness to act as a discussant using the link below;
- February, 17th 2026 – selected authors will be notified;
- March, 6th 2026 – deadline for submitting extended abstracts (5 pages) by selected authors;
- March, 6th 2026 – selected discussants will be notified.
